Did you know #SolomonIslands SolTuna is building a Child Care center right next to the cannery? In our industry we know that absenteeism is probably the number 1 issue for all tuna factories in the Pacific. In the Solomon islands they found out that many female workers were absent regularly in large part due to the lack of affordable child care.
