PNA Names New Chief Executive
The 8 Pacific Island nations that are the Parties to the Nauru Agreement (PNA) have appointed a new Chief Executive to head their PNA Office (PNAO). Dr. Sangaalofa Clark will be replacing Ludwig Kumoru who was CEO for the last four years.
Dr. Sangaalofa Clark has worked as the Policy Manager for the PNA, coordinating the VDS program, for the last eight years, and has a background in biological science, mathematics, computational modeling, plus a PhD in systems biology.
We thank the Ludwig Kumoru for his work and achievements in particular his dedication to the sustainable management of the PNA region and its tuna fishery. We warmly welcome the new leadership of Dr. Sangaalofa Clark and look forward to a strong collaboration.
